Sweden Endorses Sex Breaks At Work

This could only happen in Sweden.

In the Swedish town of Övertorneå, Erik Muskos, a council member in the town, says couples haven’t been spending enough time together. To remedy that, he’s proposing a sex break between work hours. Now that is definitely a job perk. The town’s council will vote on the proposal this Spring.

Sweden is definitely kinder to their employees with 6 hour work days and 480 days are designated for parental leave. If this proposal passes into the law books, the town’s employees will have their choice of a “sex break” or a coffee break known as “fika.” That doesn’t sound like a tough decision.
