Blac Chyna Granted Restraining Order Against Rob Kardashian
Rob Kardashian may be itching to keep dissing his ex on social media, but legally a judge has put a stop to it.
Blac Chyna was granted a temporary restraining order against her reality star ex Monday after appearing in court with her attorney Lisa Bloom claiming cyber-bullying and domestic violence.
Last week, Rob Kardashian went off on a social media rant on Instagram, posting nude photos of Chyna, writing about her drug habit he funded and videos of his former fiancé with another man. He accused her of using him for his money. The explicit photos were taken down eventually. In California, it is illegal to post “revenge porn” as a means to cause emotional distress.
In court, Tyga’s ex-girlfriend also claimed Kardashian pushed her to the ground and verbally abused her in front of her 4-year-old son, King back in April.
Rob Kardashian was not in court, but he was represented by attorney Robert Shapiro. Shapiro assured the judge that Kardashian will abide by the order to stay away from the mother of his 8-month-old daughter, Dream and not post anything in relation to Chyna, whose real name is Angela White.
The next hearing is set for August 8.
Chyna appeared on Monday’s Good Morning America to talk about her sordid relationship with the youngest Kardashian. She described the whole ordeal as devastating and felt “betrayed” by her former fiancé.
