To Date A Kardashian Or Jenner- You Need To Sign On The Dotted Line
When Blac Chyna went on Good Morning America to talk about the messy situation with Rob Kardashian on Monday, she may have opened herself up to more legal issues.
Turns out Rob’s ex-fiance signed an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) which forbids her from publicly talking about anyone in the family. ABC News learned of this agreement courtesy of Kim Kardashian West who sent the legal language on the document to the news station after they approached Kanye West’s wife for comments regarding Chyna’s televised interview.
“[Chyna] shall not at any time disclose, publicly or privately, any information which is in any way, fashion or manner related to, associated with or connected to the Kardashian family/Jenner family/Disick family/West family and/or their personal relationships, their business activities, plans, operations, finances or employees.”
Blac Chyna, along with her lawyer, appeared on the ABC morning show earlier this week to discuss their sordid relationship and the temporary restraining order issued against Rob Kardashian.
It’s not unusual for celebrities and their reps to require their staff or people around a famous person to sign NDA’s to ensure their privacy, but it’s interesting to note that even the girlfriend or boyfriend who enters the picture must sign one as well. In some cases, celebrity reps have extras handy for those one-night stands.
So aside from bringing flowers to your Kardashian/Jenner date, bring a pen too because you’ll be signing on the dotted line.
