Jesse Williams’ divorce just got a little less contentious.

The Grey’s Anatomy star will be paying his ex-wife Aryn Drake-Lee $160,000 as part of a temporary settlement, according to TMZ.

Williams has agreed to pay $100,000 in child support to his estranged wife while $60,000 will go to cover her legal fees and other related expenses.

Jesse Williams is raking in the bucks apparently as TMZ is reporting the money will be broken down in three installments from his future earnings from the ABC show.

The couple have also reached a temporary custody agreement with both sharing joint custody of their 3-year-old daughter and 1-year-old son.

Williams and his wife of five years filed for divorce last April amid rumors Williams was dating Minka Kelly. Over the summer, Drake-Lee filed court documents claiming her ex was being negligent with the children in exposing them to a his many lady “friends” after the split.

Divorces especially high profile celebrity cases can take up to a year to two to finalize so the temporary agreement allows the spouse to continue providing for herself and their children. So the drama continues behind closed doors.
